If you are a signatory to the Placemaking Wales Charter we want to hear from you!

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Charter, we are putting together a celebration document to share how the Charter is impacting practice in Wales.  Each organisation will have a page in the document that will be displayed as a rolling presentation at the celebration event (find out about the event here), shared on the DCFW website and shared on LinkedIn (please note it will not be printed).  Inclusion in the document is free, you just need to provide the information.

Deadline for inclusion in the document is the 11^th September 2025.

To be included in the celebration document please follow these steps:

• Download the form from this webpage below.
• Fill in the form with your information.
• Save the document as ‘your name.doc’.
• Send the completed form along with your company logo or a thumbnail portrait image as .jpg format and 1 (suggested) or 2 images to illustrate your response. If 1 image, image should be square/portrait format. If 2 images, please supply as landscape format.
• Send the form, logo and image(s) to placemakingwales@dcfw.org  

The text should reflect how you have used the Charter or how it has influenced your practice since becoming a signatory.  Be clear, succinct and specific.
