How long we keep information

DCFW will retain personal information in relation to queries, complaints and claims for 12 months following resolution.

Personal information for the provision of service updates or marketing purposes will be retained indefinitely until the you request it to be removed and no longer wish to receive updates and event notifications.

Personal information for the provide services and goods will be retained for a period of 12 months following the cessation of the provision.
