Join us for a webinar reflecting on the findings and learning from our Strategic Placemaking Project.

The project involved working with eight planning authorities in 16 towns and neighbourhoods across Wales to test a collaborative, place-based approach to identifying development opportunities within existing settlements.

The webinar will bring together perspectives from DCFW, participating planning authorities and Welsh Government. Through short reflections, discussion and Q&A, we will explore what was learned from the project, the opportunities and barriers identified, and how a proactive, place-based planning approach could help shape future growth.

The webinar is intended for those involved in planning, placemaking, housing, regeneration and development.
